Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Job Description

The Contracts Administrator will be providing contract expertise and support to a specific customer local team, ensuring the management and resolution of any contract issues on a day-to-day basis. This includes contract change management, supporting local level bids and proposals, and informing the Program IPTs of contractual obligations and boundaries. As the first point of escalation for customer purchase order or contractual issues, both internally and from the customer, the Contracts Administrator is a crucial link between our team and our clients. Key responsibilities include interfacing with the IPT and customers to highlight contractual obligations and limits, supporting new bidding activities, managing and maintaining the company order book, ensuring commercial and contractual correspondence files are maintained, maintaining key performance metrics, and supporting change negotiations with customers.
