About the opportunity They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager in Winston-Salem, NC to oversee a number of ground-up and renovation projects covering senior living, healthcare and multi-family markets. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project, from start-up through closeout. The Senior PM shall ensure that the Owner's/ FLB's expectations and budgetary guidelines are met or exceeded. The PM manages the project from beginning (including pre-con when required) to end including budget, costs, schedule, risk management, insurances, general work performance and quality, and overall progress against the plan. Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates. Coordinate and supervise all aspects of project execution, including procurement, construction activities, subcontractor management, and project documentation.
