An IT Director, or Information Technology Director, oversees the IT department and other technical operations within an organization.

Job Profile:
Identify technological needs and make recommendations
Manage cyber security with outside monitoring company
Manage the IT team including migration technical resources and IT project management
Maintain company hardware and software programs across Branches
Lead technological equipment strategy and deployment for the company
Implement company-wide technology updates and hold sessions to teach employees about new features
Partner with Managed Service Provider (MSP) to meet expectations for technology help and support for the company
Job Requirements:
Proficiencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to lead and teach others.
Up-to-date knowledge of latest IT developments and security practices
Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms.
Research and analysis skills
Preferred Experience:
oPrevious experience working in Information Technology
oPrevious experience in a leadership role
o10 years of experience in Information Technology
o5 years management experience
oHome-services industry experience including field-based software conversions, preferably Work Wave or Service Titan
Preferred Qualifications:
obachelors degree in computer science
oPest control industry knowledge and/or experience
