Our client, a leading energy technology company, is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a Staff Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Engine Development Group supporting engineering and product development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective project management skills, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Staff Electrical Engineer **Location:** Waukesha, WI - USA **Pay Range:** $70-$90/hour **What’s the Job?** + Design, validate, and bring new products to market. + Specify precise new product functional requirements; design, test, and integrate complex components to produce final designs; evaluate design effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety. + Design, develop, execute, and evaluate fitness-for-use testing, product specifications, and process validation plans for complex products and components; create and review material part specifications and bills of materials. + Collaborate with internal manufacturing partners, contract manufacturers, designers, and product specialists to optimize designs for manufacturability. + Utilize CAD (Computer Aided Design) or CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) systems to model new designs and produce detailed engineering drawings. **What’s Needed?** + Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. + 7+ years of relevant work experience. + Ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy on multiple complex projects. + Design experience with various materials (plastics, aluminum castings, sheet metal) and knowledge of material specs and use. + Experience in new product design and development. **What’s in it for me?** + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Opportunity to work with a leading energy technology company. + Collaborative and innovative work environment. + Professional development and career growth opportunities. + Involvement in exciting and impactful projects.
