Our Senior People Business Partner will support and serve as talent strategists for the Sales, General Business Operations, and HR Organizations. This leader will collaborate within HR to envision, inform and execute the people strategy for Impossible Foods. In this role, you will engage with and advise leadership on their people practices and be a key contributor to building people initiatives, policies, procedures and programs to scale the company to achieve our mission while creating a new company ethos -- one where kindness, inclusion, accountability, and curiosity serve as our foundation. + Provide strategic partnership and counsel to leaders across several functional groups on all things people-related.

+ Build and implement creative and progressive talent strategies tailored to your client groups, addressing engagement, retention and career needs.

+ Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes.

+ Support teams through all People processes including compensation, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.

+ Coach and develop leaders at all levels within the organization, from staff through senior leaders.

+ Utilize data and analytics to inform key business and talent decisions.

+ Collaborate with People team partners (Recruiting, Total Rewards, People Operations & Analytics, Learning & Development, etc.) to inform the design and implementation of programs and initiatives.

+ Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management and senior leaders (e. g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

+ Provides guidance and input on organizational design, workforce planning and succession planning.

+ Bachelors degree, and 8+ years work experience in HR and/or Management Consulting as a client-facing HR professional, with a minimum of 2 years as an HR Business Partner role

+ Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company with experience and a vision to create practices and programs that will scale

+ Preferred experience working with Sales, Operations and HR organizations, across different geographies within and outside of the U.S.
