We are seeking the best of the best restaurant professionals who are passionate about food, elevated service, and beverage experiences. Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is currently looking for a motivated and attentive barback for our Coastal Italian restaurant Saint Bibiana. In this role, you will work with a team of hospitality partners who are dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

• Greet guests in a warm and gracious manner
• Attend to any guest requests and relay to servers, bartenders, and leaders when needed
• Ensure the bar area is properly stocked and cleaned
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Handle challenges with poise with positivity

• Hard-working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Passionate about hospitality & food & beverage
• Bar/restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communications skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards
• Ability to endure abundant physical movement in various work areas
