Aroma360 is continuously raising the bar for healthy scenting solutions in the industry Job Summary We are opening new retail locations and looking for high motivated luxury retail scent consultants aka sales associates. Aroma360 Sales Consultants are strong closers who build lasting relationships with high-end clientele. The right candidate is a passionate inside Sales Consultant who creates a story and sales pitch that inspires excitement, with an outgoing, warm phone presence Essential Duties Retail Sales Consultants negotiate and close contracts with Aroma360's local and global clientele. Professional and persuasive selling Become an expert in selling Aroma360 signature fragrance products and Scent Marketing services. Closer with a consultative sales approach Update CRM system with client information Meet daily, weekly, monthly sales quotas. Requirements Minimum of two years inside or retail sales experience Luxury lifestyle brand experience preferred.
