The Vibrant Living Program supports residents in maintaining an active role in the community, preserving their skills and interests by providing fun and enriching engagement opportunities that can be enjoyed with the whole family This life enrichment program supports a holistic, healthy aging experience through cognitively supportive programs, physical activity and exercise, philanthropic opportunities, and broadening the horizons of our residents through educational and cultural experiences.
Summary of Duties: This Life Enrichment Director position is for communities that have one Director who oversees the activity programming for Assisted Living and manages Program Manager of our Village Program(Memory Care). This individual is responsible for the organization, planning, and facilitation of activity programs designed to promote the overall wellness of an Assisted Living and Memory Care resident population. Must support the Wellness Director in managing resident-related issues and be able to assist with training care associates to ensure the highest quality of life for residents. Must have a natural affinity for seniors and possess a genuine concern for their wellbeing.
