JOB SUMMARY

We areseeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team. The EnterpriseRisk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigatingrisks across the organization to ensure the achievement of strategicobjectives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Thisrole will involve collaborating with various departments and stakeholdersto develop and implement effective risk management strategies.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization'srisk profile, including operational, financial, strategic, andcompliance risks.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities thatmay impact the achievement of business objectives.
  • Develop risk management policies, procedures, and protocolsto mitigate identified risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish risktolerance levels and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to monitor theeffectiveness of risk management processes and controls.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units in identifyingand addressing risk-related issues.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emergingrisks to ensure the organization remains proactive in managing risks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management andboard members on the organization's risk profile, mitigationstrategies, and compliance status.
  • Lead risk management training sessions and workshops toenhance risk awareness and capabilities across the organization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on risk management bestpractices and provide guidance on risk-related matters tostakeholders.
  • Manage the performance of any third-partyexternal auditors.
  • Identify relevant risk management relatedapplications and training needs.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS ANDEXPERIENCE

Essential
  • Experienced professional with minimum seven years of proven experiencein enterprise risk management, preferably in a similar industry orsector.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles,methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify,assess, and prioritize risks effectively.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliancestandards relevant to the organization's industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with theability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to managemultiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive andsolution-oriented approach to risk management.
  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools is a plus.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professionaldevelopment in the field of risk management.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales and still beflexible and thrive on dynamic, changing agendas

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements
  • Professional Risk Manager Qualified
  • Bachelor's degree in businessadministration, finance, risk management, or a related field.
Desired
  • Master's degree and professionalcertification (e.g., CRM, CFA, FRM) are preferred.
