  • MUST work on site in Ledyard, CT daily.This is a long term contract role. Monday-Friday first shift.
  • MUST have a valid driver's license and a clean background check is required.

1 -2 years of I.T. Support experience is required. This is junior level role.

Understanding of network connectivity (IP addressing, cross connecting, LAN, WAN, cell phones, how things work)

Knowledge of PCs, printers, peripherals and how they work .Perform full-size installations, relocations, modifications, or repairs of Computer Terminals Printers or networking wiring. Operates diagnostic hardware tools, networking tools and software, as needed to determine and resolve most problems. Operate Networks Troubleshooting Equipment, Line testers & toners. Performs system hardware, software, operating system configurations and upgrade of all desktop computer systems and End Users devices. Performs Adds, Move, Changes of equipment & phones for Office Relocations -Loads and Configures Custom Images with specialized software .
