Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine | Cardiology - General/Other Location: Boise, ID Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $280 to $350 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 4 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Cardiology DO in Boise, Idaho, 83701 Description: Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho, is actively seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist to provide locum tenens call coverage. This is an inpatient-only role with no clinic responsibilities , offering a unique opportunity to work in a Level II Trauma Center known for its commitment to advanced medical services and compassionate care across southwest Idaho, eastern Oregon, and northern Nevada. Working Hours: ~7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (24-hour on-call shifts) ~ Weekends and holidays required ~ Call schedule includes: ~ Daily: 7a–5p on-call ~24-hour call on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (7a–7a next day) Job Responsibilities: Provide inpatient-only cardiology care on a 24-hour on-call basis Perform interventional cardiology procedures including: Coronary stents Balloon pumps IVUs and IFR Conduct TEE procedures (preferred) Respond to STEMI activations (volume averages 3 per week) Handle 3 consults/day and 2 procedures/day on average Collaborate with APPs (1–2 during weekdays, 1 on weekends for 5 hrs/day) Cover shifts during the following periods: January 19–25 February 23 – March 1 March 16–22 April 27 – May 3 About Lancesoft Inc Lancesoft Inc is a trusted healthcare staffing agency specializing in both locum tenens and permanent placements.

Requirements

Qualifications: Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology – REQUIRED Active Idaho medical license or Active IMLC with LOQ at time of name clear – REQUIRED Clean malpractice history and background check – REQUIRED COVID-19 vaccination – REQUIRED (verbal confirmation needed at time of name clear) Local candidates (within driving distance) – Highly Preferred Must be able to cover most or all of the listed dates – REQUIRED Skills & Experience: Advanced interventional cardiology skills including STEMI management Proficiency in TEE , coronary intervention , and hemodynamic support tools Ability to manage ICU and telemetry patients Strong inpatient consultative and procedural experience Excellent communication and decision-making skills under pressure Experience working in Level II Trauma Centers preferred Credentialing Requirements (Upon Acceptance): Please have the following documents ready to expedite credentialing: MD diploma Internship/Residency/Fellowship certificates All current and past state medical licenses DEA certificate Board Certification BLS (Life Support Cards) CME documentation (past 2 years) Immunization records (TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, COVID) References Case logs Professional headshot (color) Current/previous certificates of insurance Driver’s license Benefits Compensation & Travel Details: Rates: ~24-Hour On-Call (Weekday): $2,800 (includes 8 gratis hours) ~24-Hour On-Call (Weekend): $3,000 (includes 4 gratis hours) ~ Holiday 24-Hour On-Call: $4,000 (includes 4 gratis hours) ~ Holiday Weekend Call: $4,200 ~ Call Back Rate: $400.00 Travel & Lodging: Flights – Covered Lodging – Covered Rental Car – Covered Mileage – Covered 1667572EXPPLAT
