Surety Supervisor

Duties:

Plans, directs and coordinates the new and renewal underwriting, pricing and sales of the Surety book. The Supervisor is accountable for managing the producer force, with a focus on producer relationship management. Supervises assigned staff and ensures tasks are completed.

Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.* 5 years surety underwriting experience required; and successful supervisory experience preferred.* Equivalent combination of education, technical, sales and supervisor background experience will be considered.* Continuing education in insurance and job-related issues and subjects required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

* Valid Hawaii Driver's license and use of own vehicle required.* Attainment of or working towards AFSB and CPCU or other professional designation(s) preferred.
