Senior Business Analyst, Commodities Technology We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commodities Technology Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technology solutions within the commodity trading and risk management domain. This role involves analysing business processes, identifying requirements, and implementing technology solutions to enhance our CTRM systems. Commodities is one of the newest and fastest growing businesses at BAM, rapidly onboarding new markets and staff around the globe to grow financial and physical trading capabilities. The Senior Business Analyst will work collaboratively across departments to help support business growth through the implementation of innovative technology solutions. In this role you will: Apply knowledge of Endur modules for US energy trading and operations Partner with team members across global trading offices to standardize processes and solutions Analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization Design, develop, and improve reports for stakeholders Assist in the implementation and configuration of commodity trading software and integrations Execute test plans to ensure systems meet business requirements and function as expected Create reference materials for end users and provide training and support learning systems Create and maintain functional and technical design documentation Provide support to stakeholders and the application support team when issues arise Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in commodity trading technology, recommending improvements and innovations to enhance system capabilities Work Experience 10+ years of hands on Endur product experience 10+ years of US energy markets and Trading Products experience Trading product modelling, position and logistic management solution, valuation, pnl, risk and credit exposure modeling experience Engaging with stakeholders from the front, middle and back office of trading companies Developing processes and solutions leveraging Endur, including capturing business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements Working with trades and market data through the trading lifecycle from deal capture to settlements Technical Skills CTRM systems in general; Endur experience required Seniority level Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Information Technology, Project Management, and Product Management Industries Financial Services and Investment Management Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for Business Analyst roles.
