**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ RN certifications
+ RN Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
+ Up-to-date CPR certification
+ 3+ years of nursing experience in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population
+ 1+ years of management experience
+ Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations of facility function
