Reports To: Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Sous Chef
Job Summary: Proper preparation, breakdown and cleanup of scheduled job tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Sous Chef.
Working Hours: Varied, Weekends and Holidays
Job Tasks
- Arrive on time and ready to work. Do not punch in until you are in uniform.
- Proper uniform: black chef jackets, black pants, black slip-resistant shoes, name tag, pen, sharpie, thermometer, and notebook.
- Set up, maintain, restock, and break down workstation.
- Ensure workstation and equipment are clean and sanitary.
- Proper breakdown & cleaning of assigned station after every shift: counters, shelves, trash, and floors
- Must be able to read ticket orders and arrange properly for delivery.
- Must be able to identify different types of foods & chemicals.
- Must make sure all food that leaves the kitchen looks amazing & plated correctly.
- Must have proper knife skills and be able to produce food properly.
- Organize station coolers/freezers & check dates.
- Preparation for daily & upcoming restaurant events.
- Must maintain the highest level of sanitary standards.
- Communicate with the Executive or Sous Chef on needed equipment and supplies.
- Assist dishwashers as needed.
- Must be able to work your assigned station daily & rapidly during rush hours.
- Must be able to stand, climb, stoop, bend, reach overhead, lift minimum of 50 lbs., push, and pull on a continuous basis.
- Must be able to work with co-workers as a team player.
- Exposure to extreme heat, humidity, and cold.
- Exposure to various chemicals fumes, and noise.
- Must comply with all rules and regulations as stated in Employee Handbook.
- Must possess the ability to communicate and understand the directions of chef's & cooks.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines.
- Adhere to state and local health and safety regulations.
- Must possess good judgment.
- Schedule may vary due to the needs of the Club.

Notify the Executive Chef in a timely manner regarding being late/sick, PTO, and Vacation requests
No music during dining hours
Minimal cell phone usage
Let someone know when you leave kitchen
Awareness of Club Events
