  1. Service - Taking care of all vehicle needs, specializing in eco-friendly vehicle repairs and maintenance
  2. Sales - Helping anyone EV-curious find the perfect ride
  3. Commercial Solutions - Bringing charging infrastructure, solar solutions and alternative energy

to municipalities, businesses and schools

We prioritize customer education, ensuring our clients are fully equipped to make sustainable choices.

What You'll Do:

  • Sales Operations Support: Manage critical aspects of the sales process by coordinating with insurance companies, handling registry interactions, and tracking deal progress to ensure smooth and timely deal completion
  • Title Completion: Handle title and registration process
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Be responsible for maintaining and optimizing data integrity on customer and sales records
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a hub of communication within the office, ensuring seamless collaboration between EV specialists and the business office
  • Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, and other critical documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to enhance office efficiency and streamline administrative processes
  • Eco-Initiatives: Act as a champion for eco-friendly practices within the office, aligning day-to-day activities with our commitment to sustainability

What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a startup or small business environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly initiatives is a plus
