Traveling Sales Associate/Community Relations

Bonaventure Senior Living is looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Travelling Sales Associate. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales and the ability to increase the occupancy 100% at their assigned community. This is a person who sets commitments rather than goals and is proactive and driven enough to ensure they meet or exceed them consistently.
The Travelling Sales Manager must be able to enter a community upon each assignment and be able to sell and increase the occupancy starting on day one while training the current team so that once the assignment is completed the community has the skills and resources to maintain 100% occupancy.

- The Traveling Sales Associate will be assigned a specific community based on need and will spend a dedicated period increasing the occupancy to 100% at that community before moving to the next assignment.

- The Traveling Sales Associate is also responsible to help support the community through the Manager-on-Duty program, educating staff in amenities and services, and providing leadership and guidance to team members.
- This position is frequently called Regional Sales, Area Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Director, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Community Relations, and Relations Manager at other companies.
- A successful history of selling.
- English language required.
- CPR Certification (preferred).
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
