or . Lead a team of system engineers, cloud

infrastructure engineers, and network engineers to deploy, support, and ensure availability of Ansiras proprietary applications in our private cloud as well as public cloud. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. + Infrastructure Support + Install and upgrade all proprietary applications within defined

CAB-approved maintenance windows. + Manage all communications and escalation of production issues. + Interface with Engineering, DevOps, and Client Services on a regular basis to drive solutions to complex application issues. + Identify application performance by monitoring infrastructure while working with engineering and DevOps resources when necessary. + Develop and refine processes to ensure Ansira can meet contractual response time SLAs. + Work with Engineering and DevOps to define support workflows that ensure proper communication and escalations between the groups. + Work with Engineering and DevOps to set up and manage integrations with third parties via SFTP, VPN Tunnels, and IP Whitelisting. + Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, Cold Fusion, F5, Commvault, and other tools as implemented at Ansira. + Cloud Delivery + Deliver cloud governance and a framework for all Cloud workloads + Cloud Financial management and optimization + Cloud Operations management + Cloud Data management + Cloud Security

compliance management + Automation + Relentless focus on automating manual tasks + Drive the transformation of skills, practices, and automation across Ansira programs and projects + Identify opportunities for automation and optimization and lead the incremental adoption into the delivery to improve productivity, quality, and innovation. + System Availability and Uptime + Review RFPs and SOWs and provide input to Legal to ensure our processes and procedures meet the contractual requirements for uptime and availability. + Responsible for infrastructure monitoring + Help build and refine Ansiras RPO/RTO policies based on business requirements + Responsible for the development, review, and certification of all backup and disaster recovery procedures and plans. **Education/Experience Required:** + 10 years experience in infrastructure operations and application support of SaaS enterprise applications. + Power
