**Description**

**Responsibilities Include**:

* Assure profitability of all Food and Beverage Operation locations through inventory movement.

* Maintain inventory system for the department using company computer systems.

* Focus on driving cost of sale goals and initiatives through inventory control

* Analyze reports and ensure variance issues are resolved

* Adhere and enforce all department and park policies.

* All other duties as assigned.

**The ideal candidate must possess**:

* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of management and clients.

* Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

* Must possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

* Must be organized with excellent time management skills

* Must be able to commit to working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

* Must be Self-Motivated, detail-oriented and work well with all departments in a very fast-paced environment.
