Central Virginia Oral & Facial Surgeons in Charlottesville VA is hiring exceptional people to join our surgical team. Each of our surgeons works with a team of three assistants who are uniquely trained and qualified to provide compassionate and quality care to our surgical patients. The camaraderie you build as a surgical team not only extends to the satisfaction felt by our patients but also to the working relationships shared among our staff.
Our jobs are limited to M-F 8-5, do not include evenings or weekends. We honor 7 holidays with paid time off and sometimes more. Employees earn paid vacation time to spend with family and friends each year and are given extra time off in the terms of personal time which can accrue year to year if not used. We pay 100% of our employee's health, dental, eye insurance coverage. This plan includes term life insurance and an Accidental Death & Disability plan. We have a contributory retirement plan with a Profit Sharing component which the providers pay into as savings toward your retirement. We have free on-site parking. Employee assistance programs and wellness programs are available.
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years dental experience, CPR and dental x-ray certification. They will be attentive to detail, exceptional in customer service and communications, positive in attitude, strong in compassion and committed to personal excellence. DAANCE Certification and/or bilingual in Spanish are a bonus we are looking for but not required.
