With four office locations, each equipped with on-site labs, x-ray facilities, and pharmacies, you'll have the resources needed to provide comprehensive care to your patients.Practice Highlights:Join a collaborative team of 13 Physicians and 3 Midlevel providers, each supported by dedicated nursing staff.On-site labs managed by degreed Medical Techs for efficient testing.Access to contracted Lactation Consultant and Nutritionist to enhance patient care.Bi-monthly visits from an Allergist for additional patient support.Financial Package:Salary guaranteed for the first 3 years with additional earnings through collections-based bonuses.Signing bonus and relocation assistance provided.15 days of PTO and 4 days dedicated to CME activities.Partnership track available with potential earnings in the 90th Percentile of MGMA benchmarks.Benefits:Health benefits available (not directly provided by the group).Opportunities for professional growth and a pathway to partnership.Community Benefits: Lake Charles offers a vibrant community with excellent schools, beautiful parks, and a variety of outdoor activities.
