RPA is seeking a talented intern to join the People and Recruitment Team for the Summer 2024 Semester.

Compensation for this position will be $17.50/hr and we'll provide the digital hardware you need. A college degree or previous relevant experience is not required to apply.

Additionally, no resume is required or a college degree, we will instead be asking you a list of questions instead to get to know you better - The People First Way :)

Here are some details to know:
When: Monday, June 3rd, 2024 - Friday, August 30th, 2024 (we are flexible on these dates)
Where: Remote / 100% Virtual with the option to potentially come into the office if you are local.
Duration: Ability to work a schedule of 35 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 9 am-5 pm PST.

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruiters in internship recruiting process
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted applicants
  • Learn basic interviewing techniques from senior recruiters and line managers
  • Researching different colleges/universities to build out college relations program
  • Partner with team to prepare for school visits and events
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes
  • Assist with special projects
Skills needed:
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Must possess well-developed organizational and communication skills
  • Must demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Curiosity to explore a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
