Duties include:

* Must have 2 years bartending experience in a busy restaurant or banquet setting

* Have working knowledge of drink recipes and local beers, wines & spirits

* Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

* Mix drinks and control the beverage stock

* Have full knowledge of the beverage menus being offered

* Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way

* Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of bar

* Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness

* Adhere to grooming and appearance standards

* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

* Must have reliable transportation

* Must have or be able to obtain Food Handlers Card and OLCC
