SQE/QA Managerrla

Title: SQE/QA Manager Fulltime Opportunity Location : Pheonix, AZ - Needs to go on site once or twice a month SQE/QA Manager to join our growing team Job Responsibilities: •Provide Quality Assurance and Testing validation of each individual team's processes and deliverables •Provide cross functional support of unique QA concentration areas to support the overall team efforts •Prepare Quality plan for each project. •Participates in the development of the project's software process description. •Reviews software engineering and development activities to verify compliance with defined software process. •udits designated software work products to verify compliance with those defined as part of software process. •Ensures that deviations in software work and work products are documented and handled according to a document procedure. •Records any noncompliance and reports to quality manager and client's leadership team. •Needs to go on site once or twice a month in Pheonix, AZ.Requirements: - •Experience with being in a role where you champion IT Quality initiatives, including continuous process improvement and total quality management across all teams. •Understanding of Software Delivery lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile) •Quality Assurance and Quality Control background. •Experience leading a team.
