OnPoint delivers a full range of service solutions including warranty management administration, extended service programs, customer service support, service network management, claims processing services, and service contract underwriting. This job is located in our Louisville, KY office. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Solicit new or existing service providers based on coverage needs and follow-up as needed through phone, email, and text communication Utilize our CRM to support communications Provide service providers with our policy and procedures and redirect to the correct department to handle Distribute necessary documents to servicers for dispatching or service agreement negotiation purposes and perform all necessary follow-up Track and/or correct issues with the current servicer network Process rate change requests Closure of accounts and all follow-up Provide on-the-job training for new employees

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience Commitment to excellence and high standards Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees Strong interpersonal skills. As a Senior Business Analyst within our consumer warranty administration team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and driving business success. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will be crucial for identifying trends, pinpointing areas for improvement, and informing strategic decisions. This role demands a high proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities and foundational knowledge in SQL querying, enabling you to extract and manipulate data for comprehensive analysis. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional warranty services. This person will preferably be located in Louisville, KY but open to remote candidates. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform sophisticated data analysis, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and complex formulas. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insightful and actionable information for business decision-making. Your ability to handle large datasets and present findings in a clear, concise manner will be essential. You will be developing new reports, maintaining and improving existing reports, as well as ad-hoc analysis as requested by stakeholders. Database Querying and Management:

Employ basic SQL querying skills to access and extract data from SQL/MySQL databases. This includes understanding how to write and execute queries with JOINs, CASE statements, GROUP BYs, and WHERE clauses. Your role will require cleaning, aggregating, and analyzing data from various sources to support business analytics needs. Cross-functional Collaboration and Process Improvement:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for process enhancements. Lead the effort in automating reports and creating efficient data processing procedures. Your recommendations will be based on thorough analysis and a deep understanding of business processes, directly impacting our strategic direction and operational efficiency.

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced skills in Excel 4 year STEM degree is preferred but not required OnPoint Warranty, and its Guardian Protection Products subsidiary, are looking to enhance our independent sales representative network. We are looking for independent candidates who: Currently have retail relationship, particularly in the furniture sector, as well as mixed retail entities. Have strong training skills, as representative are responsible for store associate training store visits. Monitor and support registration flows from the retailer. Maintain relationships with management and decision-makers. Facilitate escalations to the proper department. Monitor and resupply point-of-purchase materials at retail locations. Provide support to the retailers in regard to coverage questions.
