Duties and Responsibilities: Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the charge nurse as soon as practical. Report all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift immediately. Ensure that the resident’s room is ready for receiving the resident (bed made, room clean, etc.). Assist with turning, lifting, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc. Meet with charge nurse on a regular basis, to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, any changes on the unit or with residents, and/or the improvement of services. Requirements: Current CNA license in good standing Current Fingerprint Card & CPR Certification Current TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray Previous long-term care experience is preferred Good attendance, punctuality, and teamwork with good communication skills are a must Work Shift 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Weekend Availability On-Call Why join us?
