What you'll be doing:

• Works with Art Direction on overall UI art styles and creative direction.
• Create and implement UI/UX look & feel.
• Create visual concepts, develop and present pitches for game UI features, interfaces, and iconography.
• Iterate on art and design concepts based on feedback.
• Demonstrate understanding of the games branding, design, functionality, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with team members of other disciplines to meet milestone goals.
• Work closely with production to define deliverables and communicate expectations to the team.

What you'll bring to the team:

• 5-12 years experience in UI Design/Art in AAA games
• Online portfolio displaying a variety of UI/UX work
• Ability to receive feedback.
• Strong experience with Unreal UMG
• Experience shipping AAA console titles using the Unreal engine.
• Strong understanding of video games development in Unreal.
• Can effectively collaborate with artists, game designers and AI programmers.
• Strong cross-functional communications skills; verbal, written and visual.

Great experience to have:

• Knowing some 3D, and how it can be used in conjunction with the listed critical requirements
• UX Skills - The ability to ingest a design spec, create UX flows (figma, Xd, miro )for rapid iteration based on that spec, and the creation of UX documentation to inform expectations and implementation for said feature.
