**Monday, Wednesday, Friday**

**5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.**

**$12.00/Hour**

**Job Description**: This position is responsible for performing janitorial tasks as directed by the project manager or supervisor assigned. Such tasks are performed in office areas and common areas of buildings associated with an office environment. Tasks include but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing. work is performed after 5 p.m. and/or as directed by the Supervisor.

**Responsibilities and duties of this position include:**

**Essential functions**

* Vacuuming carpets and hard floors and sweeping and mopping

* Clean and sanitize restrooms

* Clean sinks, countertops, toilets, and bathroom stall walls.

* Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common area as necessary.

* Empty all trashcans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.

* Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture.

* Clean windows and window sills.

* Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.

* Maintain and use cleaning equipment in a safe and proper manner.

* Wear proper personal protective equipment at all times.

* Follow agency safety policy and procedures.

* Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.

* Report any damage to cleaning equipment to the project manager or crew leader.

* Report maintenance needs to project manager or crew leader

* Operate electric floor maintenance equipment as directed

* Maintain hard floors to Statement of work specifications

* Other duties as assigned

**KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:**

* Ability to follow oral instructions

* Ability to work effectively with a team.

* Ability to work independently as needed.

* Basic knowledge of cleaning products and understanding of SDS's or willing to learn.

* Good client/customer service skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Maintain a 90% productivity rate
