Our Client - Commercial Construction Project Manager
Our client, a leader in the commercial construction industry, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional projects. If so, we want to hear from youOur client is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of their commercial construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.Responsibilities:Lead the development of comprehensive project plans and establish achievable timelines.Manage project budgets meticulously, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the highest quality standards.Foster a collaborative and communicative approach, working seamlessly with stakeholders, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.Implement a proactive risk management strategy to anticipate potential challenges and develop effective mitigation plans.Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to address project conflicts efficiently and ensure timely resolution.Prepare clear, concise, and informative project status reports, keeping all stakeholders apprised of progress and critical decisions.Drive project completion on time and within budget, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (or a closely related field).Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of success on large-scale projects exceeding $25 million.In-depth understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.Strong financial acumen, with experience in project cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and construction management tools.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.A valid driver's license is required.
