We create, print, personalise, distribute and manage every kind of customer communication, across multiple channels and every market sector.About the roleOur Data Driven Communications business unit, located in Clayton South VIC is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for managing our warehouse and is a key role in ensuring successful delivery of client outcomes. Key responsibilities are:Lead and motivate the team to ensure client outcomes are delivered through the smooth flow of work throughout the areas.Identify and implement business improvement initiatives to maximise efficiency and effectiveness of the warehouse.Act as the subject matter expert for the Warehouse and communicate closely with other departments as required.Maintain a full understanding of work to be completed each day and ensure all staff understand the daily work requirements and priorities.Escalate in a timely manner any issues that might adversely impact client outcomes, including options for resolution.Provide ongoing support and training to staff to ensure the smooth running of the areas.Perform hands on work as required.Have a strong understanding of workplace health and safety and ensure work areas are kept tidy and safe.Perform operational and KPI reporting as required.
