We are seeking highly motivated and experienced IT Finance Coordinator to join our top biotech clients dynamic IT Portfolio Ops team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of assigned IT projects within the Global IT Ops portfolio, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, including IT teams, IT personnel, and external vendors.
  • Track project deliverables, budget expenditures, and resource utilization, providing regular status reports to the PMO and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project artifacts.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of process and best practices within the PMO.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT financial coordination
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Ariba, SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Apptio
