Our team environments are designed to provide #oneTEAM members opportunity to focus on collaborative relationships (clients and team), variety from day-to-day and constant learning, and the tools and resources to learn and grow at work and in life.This position works under the support and direction of the Account Management team and Risk Advisors, processing day-to-day service requests associated with individual benefits accounts.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES: Assist Account Management team by delivering quick and accurate responses to service requests in a caring and friendly mannerReceive, process, and manage incoming requests by delegated Account Managers Accept, process, and communicate standard tasks as assigned by Account ManagersPrepare small group comparisons for Account ManagersAttend and actively participate in agency service training meetingsDevelop positive relationships with partner insurance carriersUpdate agency management system and other software as needed for Account ManagersFollow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management RequirementsEducation, Experience, and Certifications: High school degree or equivalent is requiredBachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredPrevious work experience in insurance or another service industry is helpful, but not requiredAbility to maintain health and life insurance license BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS: A role model for North Risk Partners' core values, mission, and desired cultureDemonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitudeA self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and lead by exampleEffective oral and written communication skills to effectively represent North Risk Partners as an employer of choiceAbility to build strong, constructive relationships with a diverse range of clients, and organizational partners to discover common goals for a positive experienceStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsProfessionally and positively represent North Risk Partners to all coworkers, clients, and external stakeholdersA team player who collaborates and works well with his/her coworkersA professional who demonstrates the ability to carry on a conversation with clients, Risk Advisors, and other coworkers within North Risk Partners
