NexTech Solutions is looking for a dynamic Mobile Device Management Engineer to join a valued client in Memphis, TN. What You'll Do: Architect, implement, document, and maintain Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE solutions for mobile device management. Develop and enforce mobile device usage, security, and compliance policies. Oversee the enrollment and configuration of mobile devices across iOS, Android, and Windows platforms. Ensure seamless and secure onboarding for new devices and users. Implement robust security measures to protect mobile devices from threats. Monitor and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations (e.g., PCI). Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for mobile device management issues. Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve end-user issues and enhance user experience. Create and manage device policies, profiles, and compliance rules. Regularly update and maintain MDM profiles and configurations. Generate and analyze reports on device compliance, security incidents, and usage patterns. Maintain comprehensive documentation of MDM configurations, policies, and procedures. Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users and IT staff on MDM best practices. Stay updated with the latest advancements in mobile security and management technologies. What You Bring to the Table: At least three years of progressive technical experience with Android in a large, dispersed IT environment. Certifications like Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Digital Workspace (VCP-DW). Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, RESTful API). Expertise in Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE, including configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows). Knowledge of security standards and compliance regulations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards. Bonus Points For: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical area. Technical certifications such as VMware, Cisco, Microsoft; Cloud certifications, Agile training, Six Sigma, ITIL. Experience managing Android policies, updates, and APKs.
