*Occupational Therapist* for a part-time position in Sterling Heights working with autistic children and adolescents. Predominantly after-school, evening, and weekend hours are required. Excellent pay for qualified candidates and full to part-time benefits are available. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.

The OT clinic is state-of-the-art, including a therapeutic pool, well-equipped rooms, and general supervision. Occasional home visits are provided upon the client’s request.

*Responsibilities*
* Evaluate and develop a treatment plan for children and adolescents with various levels of autism-spectrum disorders, ADHD, sensory disorders, and physical delays such as hand coordination, eating disorders, dynamic standing balance, and training to enhance age-appropriate functional abilities.
* The clinician will communicate with the professional support team and family members to reach established treatment goals.
* Assess client’s home and other environments and advice on alterations consistent with their needs and capabilities as noted in the treatment goals.
* Giving advice and providing support for family members and care givers
* Reviewing the client's progress and adapting the treatment accordingly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
