The Opportunity:
As a Project Engineer, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a project engineer who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our national security clients. You'll work with key stakeholders to review requirements and project planning documentation. You will analyze project data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel, highlighting key metrics and achievements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution. The real impact comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You Have:
3+ years of experience in a Project Engineering role
Experience utilizing JIRA for project management
Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
