Indotronix is seeking a Sourcing Specialist Remote position

Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: 5 months

Job Description:

Position Summary

Client needs a temporary resource to assist in the implementation of the following functionality in the SAP Ariba platform to support sourcing and contracting processes:
•Ariba Sourcing Request Module (Must)
•Enhancements to the Contract Requests Module (Must)
•Ariba Savings Forms for Sourcing Projects (Must)

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Project & Deployment Management
•Develop role-specific training guides (and supporting content including screen prints, etc.) to client process owners to enable end-user training.
•Responsible for scheduling and recording all Zoom training sessions.
•Organizing the Training material and recorded Zoom training sessions on a SharePoint site
•Assistance with reviewing and providing updates to existing Training Guides as well as updating revised Guides on the SharePoint site.
•Assistance with potential better organization the Training Guides/Zoom recordings on the SharePoint Site.

Required Skills and Experience:
•Strong project management and communication skills, both written and verbal
•Strong attention to detail, and the ability to see a job through to its completion.
•Prior experience with developing Ariba Project Module training documentation and knowledge (a plus)
•Prior experience with developing and delivering training documentation and User Guides including system screen prints, detailed instructions, etc. (Required)
•Experience in organizing training documentation and User Guides on a SharePoint Site (Desirable)
•Prior experience with performing Ariba Project Module User training sessions (a Plus)
