Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect that has worked on various integration tools like MuleSoft, Java Spring Boot to join our team and lead the integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Integrations using tools like MuleSoft and be adept at integrating a diverse set of system endpoints, primarily involving Salesforce integration and in-house built Java and .net applications. you'll build fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies. You'll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features. While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills, as well as proven track record of application development with skills in Java, distributed cache technology and building scalable robust systems. In return you will have opportunity to gain exposure to designing, developing, and deploying applications to the internal/external cloud. Key Responsibilities: • Architect and Design Integrations: Develop and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft to connect Salesforce and Java-based applications. • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in integration design, development, and deployment. • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements, translating them into technical specifications. • Integration Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API-led connectivity, Mule ESB, and Data Weave. • Performance Optimization: Optimize integration solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring minimal impact on legacy systems. Experience: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in integration architecture and development using Java Spring Boot and MuleSoft. • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including design artifacts, technical specifications, and deployment guides. • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration solutions, addressing issues related to connectivity, data transformation, and system performance. • Security and Compliance: Ensure that integration solutions adhere to security policies and compliance requirements, including data protection and access controls. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure successful integration project delivery. • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in integration and legacy system modernization, recommending improvements and innovative solutions. • Expertise in MuleSoft, Kafka and Java Spring Boot integration technologies. • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Education: • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: • Extensive experience with MuleSoft Any point Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Dataweave. • Proficiency in Java programming and understanding of Java-based applications. • Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, and API-led connectivity. • Familiarity with various integration patterns and best practices. • 3 years of Microservice framework/REST development. • Experience with Java, GitHub, and other DevOps tools. • 5 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience. • 2 years of Kubernetes Services with a deep understanding of Container Orchestration and Distributed System Concepts. Soft Skills: • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lead and mentor development teams. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment What's Next?
