Our Residential Property Management client is seeking a Property Accountant to perform Month end close. In this role, the candidate will perform General Ledger Management, Journal Entries, Prepaids, and AP/AR functions using Yardi software. Property Accountant

Salary: $85-95k

Location: near Hoboken, NJ

Hybrid Responsibilities:

Perform Month end close

Process Journal Entries, Prepaids, and Accruals

Prepare Prepaids and Amortization schedules

Prepare Financial Statements

Interpret Lease Language

Skills Needed:

Bachelor's Degree

in Accounting or related

Yardi experience, required

Real estate experience required

Microsoft Excel experience
