Job Description

SCOPE OF POSITION
•Supports assigned application(s) •Takes on call assignments as scheduled and performs other duties as scheduled. •Participates in validation sessions •Maintains documentation of workflow processes •Individuals must Achieve certification and maintain it as new versions are released by vendor. •Creates effective training materials and classroom presentations. •Collaborates with application team to meet training requirements for new end users •Conducts classroom training sessions and on-site at-the-elbow support. •Administers proficiency assessments •Updates course offerings and scheduling in the learning management system. •Coordinates logistics for scheduling and presenting classroom training •Uses standardized reports to assure that training meets established objectives. •Trains and coaches credentialed trainers. •Maintains effective and respectful customer service relationships with stakeholders. •Tracks time to work effort assignments & maintains time card appropriately.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•Associate Degree or 2 years' IT experience if no degree. Health Care experience preferred but not required. •Expected to achieve software certification based on vendor recommendations and department requirements for application(s) within 6 months. Skills: •Skilled at problem solving. •Strong communication skills - written and oral. •Proficient organizational skills. •Skilled in Microsoft Office products. •Able to troubleshoot basic PC issues.
