Minimum 2 years of experience

License:
State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License

Certifications:
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification
- ACLS certification (obtained within 60 days of hire and maintained current)
- NRP certification preferred
- PALS certification (obtained within 60 days of hire and maintained current)

Must-Have:
- Proficiency in Moderate Intubation
- Experience in Delivery Room Airway Management
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Description:
- Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician under the direction and authorization of the medical director and cardiopulmonary director/manager.
- Emphasize assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation of care, considering age and population-specific needs of the patient.
- May be assigned/identified as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor, with responsibility for the section or department during their shift.
