Job Description:
The Senior Civil Engineer will play a crucial role in leading and managing large-scale projects, ensuring they meet technical standards, budget, and timelines. This position requires a seasoned professional with advanced engineering skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to foster significant client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage civil engineering projects in municipal infrastructure, land development, and stormwater management.
Develop strategic project plans, manage resources for efficient execution, and ensure projects comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Conduct hydrological and hydraulic analyses, prepare, review, and approve technical documents including reports, proposals, and design drawings.
Actively pursue new project leads and opportunities for collaborations.
Promote sustainability and resilience in project designs and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
7+ years of experience in Civil Engineering with a significant focus on project management and client relations.
Proficiency in relevant computer modeling software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for frequent travel to project sites and client meetings.
