Job Title: IAM (Identity and Access Management) Business Analyst with Onboarding Experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IAM (Identity and Access Management) Business Analyst with a strong background in client onboarding processes to join our team. As an IAM Business Analyst with Onboarding Experience, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IAM solutions that not only enhance security and compliance but also streamline the onboarding experience for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in aligning IAM initiatives with business objectives while ensuring efficient and secure access management practices.
Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for IAM solutions, with a particular focus on client onboarding processes and requirements.
IAM Solution Design:

Design IAM solutions that meet the needs of both internal users and external clients, ensuring seamless integration with onboarding systems and processes while maintaining a high level of security and compliance.
Access Control and Provisioning:

Define access control policies, roles, and entitlements for both internal and external users, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning and de-provisioning of access rights throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Client Onboarding Integration:

Integrate IAM capabilities with client onboarding platforms and systems to automate identity lifecycle management, authentication, and authorization processes, enhancing the overall onboarding experience.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Conduct risk assessments to identify IAM-related risks and vulnerabilities associated with client onboarding, recommending and implementing controls and mitigation strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
IAM Governance and Compliance:

Establish IAM governance frameworks and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and industry standards, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to IAM policies and procedures.
User Training and Support:

Develop training materials and provide user support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on IAM policies, procedures, and best practices, fostering awareness and understanding of IAM-related initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
Minimum of X years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on IAM, preferably in a client-facing role with experience in client onboarding processes.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and technologies, including identity lifecycle management, access control, authentication, and authorization.
Experience with IAM platforms and tools, such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure Active Directory, or similar solutions, with a focus on integration with client onboarding systems.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to IAM and client onboarding, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and industry standards like NIST SP 800-53.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and assess the impact of IAM changes on client onboarding processes.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus on IAM-related initiatives.
