**Description**

We are looking to fill a key position in our Food & Beverage department that is responsible for serving guests food and beverage to the Pool and/or Adult Pool area.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

Utilizing Micros systems

Adhere to Resort safety practices and procedures

Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.

Maintaining Food and Alcohol Knowledge

Notify management of hazardous conditions

Serving Food and Beverage

Serving Alcohol safely and responsibly; check identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages.

Utilizing appropriate verbiage in accordance with Forbes standards to communicate with guests.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

Must be able to speak English

Proper order taking

General Resort Knowledge

Must be of legal age according to State regulations to serve alcohol.

Knowledge of Forbes standards preferred.
