A **Driver Assistant** job in **Fife, WA** is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. You must have the ability to lift to 75 lbs. and work overtime as needed. You will be responsible for loading and unloading Milgard product at dealer shops, customer sites, and job sites in this position. In addition, you will be responsible for navigating from one delivery site to another. Milgard Windows & Doors is the leading manufacturer of windows and doors in the Western United States with operations in Washington, Oregon, and California. Milgard was recently acquired by MI Windows, creating additional opportunities for growth and synergies between these two industry leaders.

**Driver Assistant job responsibilities include:**

* Responsible for the delivery of Milgard products to dealers, contractors, and job sites throughout the locations geographic region.

* Load and unload Milgard products at dealer shops and job sites.

* Assist in ensuring the truck is securely loaded to avoid damaging products.

* Assist with directions to dealer shops and job sites.

* Help navigate and assist when parking in tight areas.

* Demonstrate Milgards Core Values in all business interactions.

* Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.
