* Makes and serves specialty coffee and tea beverages.
* Speaks and interacts with Members.
* Maintains a clean and sanitized work station.
* Follows health and safety guidelines.
* Adheres to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.
* Contributes to a positive team environment.
Minimum Qualifications for the Barista:
* Experience not required but will train.
* Must have food handlers card.
Other Qualifications:
* Must have a flexible schedule.
* Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
