Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB

Assists with various retail operations duties in order to offer excellent customer service to our branches and customers.

  • Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • Reviews branch cash over and short daily;
  • Tracks offages and reports front line operational staff disciplinary actions to Human Resources Officer when needed (due to drawer offages);
  • Processes tax levies;
  • Processes and researches subpoenas;
  • Monitors deceased customer accounts;
  • Processes check forgery claims;
  • Reviews branch ATM deposits for holds;
  • Tracks and monitors teller non-cash errors;
  • Reviews hold mail requests for proper documentation;
  • Randomly selects branch teller and vault audits;
  • Reviews address change verification journals;
  • Prepares monthly Reg D Notices;
  • Monitors ATM dual control;
  • Reports on monthly IOLTA remittance;
  • Responsible for file maintenance core report review and comparison;
  • Responsible for B-Notice File Processing from IRS;
  • Reviews branch cash limits to determine if limits are sufficient;
  • Assists branches with new account, safe deposit box, POA, Estate and trust Inquiries;
  • Assists branches with Integrated Teller and balancing inquiries;
  • Creates newsletters monthly for branches
  • Writes and updates procedures when needed; and,
  • Other duties as assigned by the Retail Operations Officer.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
