The Role:
The Data Scientist will be responsible for leveraging the power of data analysis and modeling to solve complex problems and drive strategic decisions. Utilizing a strong background in AWS environments, the ideal candidate will extract insights from large datasets, build predictive models, and implement machine learning algorithms to support the company's objectives.
What you will do:
Develop and implement data models, machine learning algorithms, and analytical processes to support company initiatives.
Design and construct data architectures for scalability, reliability, and performance within an AWS environment.
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify meaningful patterns and trends, and translate data-driven insights into actionable business strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions that enable effective decision-making.
Ensure data quality and integrity by developing and maintaining clear and robust data pipelines.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in data science or a related field.
Proficiency with AWS cloud services and infrastructure as it pertains to data science.
Strong foundation in computer science principles and a deep understanding of statistical analysis.
Must have certifications in AWS, Data Engineering, and Data Analysis.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant years of work experience
Salary Expectations:
$120-130k USD/ year
