In this role, you will regularly interface with Directorate leadership, technical subject matter experts, and the Centers financial and budget staff to manage and track the programs execution status, gather information for BCR's, be actively involved in document and quality control, facilitate understanding of the programs resource requirements, brief the programs financial status and provide recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new business engineering processes to improve integration of the portfolios and programs under this directorate.The ideal candidate will be able to provide detailed and timely analysis; apply critical problem-solving skills and proactively develop creative solutions; and effectively communicate budgetary issues, strategies, and recommendations to customers and stakeholders.Responsibilities include:Coordinating with stakeholders on financial taskingsPreparing and delivering executive-level presentations to senior leadership on the programs financial status during program management reviewsProviding input to leadership on business process improvementsDeveloping spend plans, and allocating and executing funds according to spending prioritiesWorking closely with project managers to define requirements and justify financial needsAnalyzing the programs execution and tracking expenditures against available budgetProviding regular status updates to leadership on the financial status and recommending solutions and strategiesGathering information for and tracking BCR packages and Economy Act TransfersQualificationsActive TS/SCI with CI Poly requiredBachelors and fourteen years or more of related experience3-5 years experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI5+ years of budget executionForward leaning and high attention to detailAbility to be strategic and build consensus with disparate groupsDemonstrated use of Microsoft Products, especially Excel and PowerPointExperience with BASIS or COGNOS-based applicationsDesired:Understanding of Federal Appropriations LawSAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
