Retirement Plan Administrator

Bishop Gold Group is seeking a dedicated full-time IRA Processing Specialist to support our team in our West LA office.
Experience with retirement accounts is required.
This person will be responsible for assisting external customers from start-to-finish in establishing a new IRA. The IRA Specialist will oversee preparation of IRA documents and correspondence, moving funds between custodians, and communicating directly with the internal sales team and external financial institutions via mail, telephone or DocuSign.
This is an on-site role and required to work in-office Monday-Friday. Our office is located in West Los Angeles (90064)
Responsibilities:
Preparation of IRA rollover forms and maintenance of internal records
Communicating with Customers and Custodians via phone and email
Heavy data entry, follow up and tracking of accounts using Salesforce and other internal systems
Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience with IRA's or other financial services/products
Familiarity with Mac operating system
Familiarity with Gmail and the Google Workspace
Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, DocuSign Adobe PDF and Excel
High attention to detail with speed and accuracy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Personable, service-oriented, and respectful at all times
Be flexible in daily assignments; multi-task with ease
Be highly organized; able to set priorities and meet deadlines
Follow tasks through to completion; takes initiative and is willing go the extra mile

Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm PST.
