In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, reach out to patients to check on their needs, and prepare them for upcoming visits or hospitalizations. You will address patients' symptoms and side effect management, work closely with physicians to discuss patient care needs, maintain comprehensive medical records, and provide clear instructions and education to patients via telephone. Other duties as assigned.Hard Skills2 years minimum RN experience (target 3+ years)1 year of triage experienceActive RN license, BLS, and NJ state registration requiredBSN or accredited nursing degree preferred1 year of oncology experience and certifications preferredSoft SkillsStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently and with a teamDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsEmpathetic and patient-focusedJob TypeThis is a permanent position.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Sparta, New Jersey.Work EnvironmentWork with one other triage RN in an office setting. The position is Mon-Fri, day shift 9-5pm, with potential flexibility within 30 minutes. There is a strong work-life balance with no on-call requirements.
